Evangeline Skye was born at 5:45 pm on 5/05/2013!! Just as Maggi and I had been hoping for Maggi’s birthday 🙂 7lbs 5oz and 20 1/2 inches long. So far she has been a little too calm. Her heart rate has been a little low so she had to spend her first night having tests run (EKG and blood tests) and had to stay in the nursery to be monitored. Not a fun way for me to spend her first night. Pretty upsetting when I just had my baby girl and I just want to hold her and have her next to me. But maybe this means she’ll be a laid back baby! I can hope, right? Everything checked out fine. I’m very thankful for that.
The Lord has truly blessed us with this sweet baby girl. I love her so much!
